Absolutely disgraceful service – avoid at all costs.
This was my second time having the exact same problem. I ordered a pizza with specific toppings and it arrived completely wrong – covered in onions I didn’t ask for, the chicken was cold, and the chips were clearly microwaved. When I called to raise the issue, I was accused of lying and “making it up.” The staff were incredibly rude and completely unprofessional.

They offered me a free pizza to make up for it, so I gave them another chance. I ordered the following night, paying for chicken dippers and two drinks alongside the “free” pizza. I placed my order at 11:56 PM – it finally arrived at 2:02 AM… absolutely freezing and totally inedible.

During the wait, I called to check the status. I was told the driver was “outside” (he wasn’t – I was watching my Ring doorbell the whole time). Then the staff member left me hanging on the phone for over 3 minutes without saying a word. I hung up and called back 15 times, and they never answered.

This business is a joke. Cold food, no respect for customers, and zero professionalism. Do yourself a favour – spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered food for delivery, churros came uncooked like dough. I rang the restaurant and the staff tried to argue saying they cooked it correctly and then proceeded to hang up the phone. I’ve ordered from here numerous times, this is the last.

They also operate under ‘Shwarma Bar & Grill’ and ‘Cakes and Shakes’, avoid all 3.

Response from the owner

We regret that this happened. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'd love the opportunity to make it right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details!!
